What the job involves:
Handling inbound calls from customers regarding wireless handset insurance claims, electronics repair facilitation or roadside assistance requests from wireless customers.


  • At least 1 year of customer service, retail or call center experience 

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills 

  • commitment:
    Full-time and part-time openings are available and exact schedules will be discussed with each candidate, but evenings and weekends will be required. You must be able to work at your computer throughout your entire shift (minus short breaks and a lunch period) while maintaining a noise and distraction-free environment.

    Required equipment: 

  • PC running Windows 7/Windows XP/Vista with sound card, headset jack or external speakers, 10/100 Ethernet and at least two USB 2.0 ports. Processor speed, space requirements and other specifications can be found at 

  • High-speed, hard-wired broadband internet connection (see below for details) 

  • Corded phone connected directly to your hard-wired analog phone line in one of the following area codes: 615, 901, 731, 931, 423, 865, 423, 713, 719, 720, 970, 303, 913, 816, 214, 469, 972, 682, 817

  • Telephone headset with noise-canceling amplifier and microphone 

  • Headset with USB adaptor and microphone capable of plugging into your computer

    Broadband Internet Access:
    A high speed internet connection that must be able to consistently provide download speeds of 768 KB download and 256 KB upload. This must be a hard wired service such as DSL/Cable/Fiber; wireless service or satellite broadband services are not acceptable.

    - So far I have only heard good things about this company.  Reported pay is $9.00 per hour.  Applicants report that the interview is lengthy with LOTS of questions, but hiring process is rather quick with the next interview being set up right away.

    1. I just got hired and very excited! Yes, the interview process is have to go through 3 interviews. This job includes benefits, PTO and paid holidays :). My training starts July 18th and will be virtual for 3 weeks. I'm looking forward to this great opportunity.

    2. I would like to hear some feedback from someone who is currently working at home for Asurion. Asurion has called me several timesand scheduled an interview. The problem is they never call back at the scheduled time.

    3. I applied for the work at home position...I went through 3 interviews (which interviewer called late) asking basically the same questions just in different verbage... My last interview was last wednesday and I was told I should here from the hiring mngr by friday or the top of this week well it's wednesday a week later and I have yet to hear anything.

    4. Same BS here. They scheduled for last night, and still no contact or reply to my messages. That's so very unprofessional! And if they show so little respect for their prospects, it's not likely they will show much more once you're on board.
